CheapTech Terms of Service

1. Introduction
CheapTech ("we," "us," or "our") provides web application development and hosting services to its customers ("you" or "your"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website, software, and hosting infrastructure.
2. Definitions
"Application" means a web application developed and hosted by us for your use.
"Services" means the web application development and hosting services provided by us.
"Content" means any data, text, images, or other materials uploaded or stored by you in the Application.
"User" means an individual who uses the Application on your behalf.
3. Use of Services
You must use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that all your users comply with these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You must not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights.
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your Content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You must provide a valid payment method to use the Services.
All payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.

We may terminate these Terms at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services and remove all Content from the Application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services without notice if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.
Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
